1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the bit365 platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the bit365 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the bit365 Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the Platform. bit365 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

If you are accessing the bit365 Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the bit365 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of bit365, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the bit365 Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the bit365 Platform, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all bit365 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the bit365 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bit365 Login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bit365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
• KYC Verification: bit365 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures at any time, including submission of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your bit365 account at any time by contacting customer support. bit365 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bit365 Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted Payment Methods: bit365 accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards may also be accepted where available.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method.
• Currency: All transactions on the bit365 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• Withdrawal Processing: bit365 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any applicable verification requirements.
• Own Funds: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. bit365 reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a third-party account.
• Anti-Money Laundering: bit365 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bit365 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• bit365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Players who have opted for self-exclusion or deposit limits under the Responsible Gaming program may be ineligible for certain promotional offers.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the bit365 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. The following general principles apply to all games on the Platform:

• All games on the bit365 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, bit365 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. bit365 reserves the right to void any game round affected by a technical error.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing play. bit365 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any other artificial means to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Collusion between players in any game, including poker, is strictly prohibited. bit365 employs monitoring systems to detect and prevent collusion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bit365 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, bonus abuse, or identity fraud.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or systems.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or bit365 staff members.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8 Responsible Gaming

bit365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide the following tools and resources to help players maintain control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to receive notifications after a specified period of play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides periodic reality check notifications displaying the duration of the current gaming session and net gaming activity.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bit365 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of bit365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bit365.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bit365 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

bit365's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bit365 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bit365 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11 Privacy & Data

bit365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bit365 implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and two-factor authentication, to protect your personal data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and bit365 cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

12 Amendments

bit365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, bit365 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

bit365 operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players with unresolved complaints may escalate their concerns to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
